چکیده

Abstract Introduction Advanced radiation therapy delivery techniques require greater understanding of various planning sequences and methods. The aim this study is to determine a class solution that finds the best possible technique deliver for stereotactic radiosurgery between dynamic conformal arc (DCA) using options such as DCA, DCA + SSO (segment shape optimization), VDR (variable dose rate) noncoplanar beam arrangement volumetric modulated (VMAT) coplanar beams. Materials Methods In dosimetric study, 11 brain cases were retrospectively planned analyzed Paddick conformity index (CI), Radiation Therapy Oncology Group homogeneity (HI), gradient (GI), treatment time in terms monitor units (MU) normal (V12Gy). paired t-test was performed know statistical significance techniques. Results CI, GI, control dose, VMAT plan superior other But, HI found be better with DCA. Above all, delivered higher MU than any technique. p-values SSO, are follows: CI: 0.0004, 0.015, 0.03; GI: 0.03, 0.33, 0.29; HI: 0.008, 0.04, 0.06; V12 Gy brain: 0.1, 0.01, 0.38. requires approximately 41 ± 17% more VDR. Conclusion beams preferable among all techniques, considering parameters studied. If not available facility, non can used SRS treatment.

An enhanced intelligent DCA technique for unlicensed wLANs and PAWNs

Over the last years, a number of mechanisms have been proposed for scheduling different types of traffic over base stations-oriented wireless and mobile systems. The majority of these mechanisms focus on access control in the base station-to-mobile units segment of the wireless and mobile system. Recent proposals for the unlicensed spectrum in the 5 GHz band have redefined the problem, since ba...

Human Studies Involving DCA Use

Dichloroacetate (DCA), a stimulator of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, decreases lactate levels and peripheral resistance and increases cardiac output. This study was performed to examine the effects of DCA on exercise performance in humans. Eight healthy male volunteers (age 20–28 years) were tested by bicycle spiro-ergometry using a microprocessor-controlled gas analysis system after infu...

Highly Concurrent VLSI Computing Structures for DCA

In this paper highly concurrent pipelined computing structures based on a constrained digital contour smoothing are described. The smoothing minimizes the undersampling, digitizing and quantizing error and so it is able to improve the stability of invariants calculation. The word-level and bit-level systolic arrays for completely pipelined calculation of the constrained least-squares digital co...

MMAC-DCA: A Multi-Channel MAC Protocol with DCA Mechanism in CDMA Ad Hoc Networks

In this paper a multi-channel MAC protocol with dynamic channel allocation (MMAC-DCA) in CDMA Ad Hoc networks is proposed. Under MMAC-DCA, the service sub-channels are dynamically allocated by the RTS/CTS dialogue on the common sub-channel, only when a node has a packet to transmit. In addition, a Markov mode is presented to analyze the performance of MMAC-DCA. key words: Ad Hoc networks, dynam...

Survey of DCA for Abnormal Detection

As a latest immune algorithm, dendritic cell algorithm (DCA) has been successfully applied into the abnormal detection. First, this paper reviewed the research progress of DCA from the following aspects: signal extraction technology, DCA signal processing technology, the decision method for load anomaly judgment, and the application research of DCA. Next, the corresponding solving thoughts for ...
